Busy Busy Bees 2013



It's only mid January and this year has just been CRAY CRAY! How the heck can people do everything at once just boggles me! I wish I can bee (haha get it?) those people! Sadly I can't! 

Relaxation tips:

1. Take a bath - so relaxing and soothing with your favourite bubble bath or bar preferably from LUSH! 

2. Exercise - releasing endorphins make the body have a well-being feeling which is very good for the body. 

3. Pamper self - go to a spa or get a massage from a loved one. Losing up the muscles is a great way to feel less tense.
